Original price with tax was $2400.This has been my #1 bass for the last 9 years. It has seen its way on warped tour, MTV, and many special other special appearances.So why would I sell... Well I finally have a chance to get a Fodera Yin Yang Bass.... and you know how much those cost. Sound and playability is great. Details:Fender strings 45-105 ml (I found these to give the best versatile sound for this bass)Jack: tight no issuesPickups J style Bartolini (best know for their great ability to push the mids through the mix. Some wear on pickup screws. "B" on pickup logo has some rubbing wear.Controls: great chrome: bass treble pan vol. no issues.Body: No cracks. Does have minor dings on front and belt rash on back from years of playing.Bridge: goodStrap locks: I had strap locks installed (included)Neck: wear on sides from years of me playing this in the sweet spots. (see photos) This does not affect the sound or playability more cosmetic than anything. I can still rock this bass anyday anytime.Please note there is a crack on the sides of the first frett. It runs half way along the first frett. (see photo). I noticed this crack about 1 1/2 years after having it. (i have never dropped this bass). I was planning to get the neck redone if it spread. It's been 8 years later and it has never gotten worse Nor has it affected it's playability or sound. Fender made in Japan 50's style Precision bass...converted to fretless professionally; recently had a board shave to smooth out imperfections and lower action... This was originally a 5 string fretless with an ingenious tuner which used the string tree to mount the fifth string and had a tuner mounted at the bridge end...it worked great (f you want this mechanism I believe I have all the pieces to make it function again)... I converted it to a 4 string fretless because the spacing of the strings was too narrow for my large hands... The pickup is a humbucking BassLines, and the bridge is a Badass II... Warmoth P style neck with a Warmoth vintage-tint satin nitro finish, corian nut and it comes with a set of Schaller tuners. Maple neck, goncalo alves board. Steel bars reinforcement and the neck is straight when the truss nut is loosened. Truss rod works fine. Neck looks very clean to me. Schaller Tuners are included and so is the string tree. The width at the nut is 1-11/16" or 1.6875 or 4.286cm. I cannot see any blemishes on it except maybe some marks on the nuts and very faint string marks, have to really search for them.Fake decal is on top of finish and can be removed with fingernail if needed, it is already scratching off as is. Again this is a Warmoth neck. International buyers responsible for all custom, shipping risks once it leaves the US and extra shipping fees, no exceptions.
